8:30am- Arrive,stretch, dress for ice

9:00am-10:15am On ice

Snack / break

10:40am-11:25am Dryland training

11:30am-12:15pm Lunch (bring your own)

Dress for ice

12:45pm-2:00pm On ice

2:15pm-3:15pm Dryland training

3:30 pm Pick up

End of day!

Pre-Registration for the 2008/2009 Hockey Year

The Washington Park Ice Arena will open July 21st, 2008. Practice times for all age groups to be announced. It is important that all returning and new players pre-register so that the club can get the right amount of practice and game ice. Please email Genise if you have any questions about pre-registration at lacasse (at) usmo.com

All YOUTH players (not High School) need to register with USA Hockey and bring the barcode with them to registration or mail it to Genise LaCasse asap. You must be registered with USA Hockey in order to play. High School, please do the registration paperwork as we are waiting on word from the High School League on what they are requiring this year.

Come out and have some fun! The club is sponsoring two family skate & registration nights this year. Bring your skates, get back on the ice ... and finish registrating at the same time. This is a Free event and the whole family is invited.
